Compliance Coordinator Role

This position is responsible for ensuring seamless client integration into tax and bookkeeping systems while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with workflow management, client onboarding, and QuickBooks (preferably), as well as strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding, building automations within TaxDome, adding new clients, tracking deadlines, training staff, preparing POAs, notifying teams, collaborating with CPAs, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, conducting monthly check-in calls, coordinating between parties, requesting state license renewals, updating client contact records, and monitoring state deadlines.
