Key Performance Analyst

This position focuses on tracking and analyzing performance data from creator posts to help businesses worldwide optimize their operations and achieve growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and organize performance metrics from creator content (impressions, audience engagement)
  • Compare post performance against past averages to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop sentiment analysis and visual reports using post comments to inform business decisions
  • Create detailed campaign reports showcasing results
  • Maintain historical data for trend analysis and benchmarking purposes
  • Ensure seamless integration of campaign data across teams and our Content Management System
  • Request and collect campaign analytics and data from creators/influencers

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Workspace applications
  • Previous experience working with social media metrics and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and develop efficient processes
  • A genuine passion for working with numbers and data
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
