HR Staff Opportunity

This part-time role involves working as an HR staff or talent acquisition staff. The job type is business partner or part-time, commission-based, direct hire and not under agency.

You will be responsible for handling phone calls, answering emails, and editing documents. Senior high school graduates are welcome, and recruitment experience is an advantage.

As an HR staff member, you play a crucial role in managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training, payroll, and employee relations. You will ensure compliance with labor laws and implement company policies to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to training and payroll

Requirements:

  • Senior High School graduate or higher
  • Recruitment experience is an advantage

Working Conditions:
