Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Global Quest Consulting Group, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including reporting to management, processing documents, filing, and maintaining databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties.
  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases.
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public.
  • Directing internal and external calls, emails, and faxes to designated departments.
  • Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.

Requirements:

  • College Graduate in any course.
  • With or without experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.
