Process Analytics Engineer - A Key Role in Enterprise Projects

This is a pivotal position within the Enterprise Projects team, supporting strategic initiatives in process mining and operational analytics. The Process Analytics Engineer plays a crucial role in preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics.

The focus of this position includes developing process mining models using Celonis or similar tools, collaborating with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources, and translating them into event logs. Additionally, the engineer will build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.

To achieve these goals, strong technical skills are required, including experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms, a solid background in data engineering, and proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and design process mining models using Celonis or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational workflows and translate them into event logs.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Create visualizations and dashboards to illustrate process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities using Power BI.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
