Key responsibilities include:

Reporting
  • Preparation and presentation of financial reports and monthly management reports with month-end analysis and commentary on each asset.
  • Provision of key input to the focus and output of the Reporting & Analysis function.
  • Delivery of reporting and analytics with commercial insights and commentary.
  • Presentation of financial reports in senior management meetings and client presentations.
  • Improvement of processes and reporting with the introduction of system enhancements.
Forecast and Budget
  • Development and delivery of high-quality annual budget and quarterly forecast with timely presentations to stakeholders.
Business Partnering
  • Value-added business partnering to a wide range of stakeholders to ensure delivery of key objectives.
  • Maintenance of key stakeholder relationships with property managers and accountants to share knowledge and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working for a BPO company in a similar financial accounting role.
  • Proficiency in using mainstream ERP systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
