The Inventory and Fixed Assets Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's inventory and fixed assets, ensuring timely tracking, accurate reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Inventory Management
      • Ensure proper monitoring and maintenance of accurate inventory records.
      • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
      • Implement and oversee inventory control procedures.
      • Prepare inventory-related reports and analyses for management.
    • Fixed Asset Management
      • Maintain and update the fixed asset register in Sertica system.
      • Track asset acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and disposals in Netsuite system.
      • Calculate and record depreciation for all fixed assets.
    • Financial Reporting
      • Facilitate the preparation of financial statements and reports related to inventory and fixed assets.
