Marketing Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Assistant with 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • You will be responsible for assisting in project coordination, maintaining marketing calendars, campaign schedules, and internal documentation, and supporting the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Additonal responsibilities include coordinating client communications, facilitating timely approvals, preparing marketing presentations, proposals, and reports, managing administrative tasks, organizing creative assets and documentation, and supporting social media scheduling and email marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing projects from start to finish.

  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately enter data into various systems and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Requirements:
