Marketing Associate Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry, managing social media platforms, and creating content. They should also have advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic video editing skills.

The role requires strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design original graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • GrowCount and engage social media channels organically by producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Translate marketing strategies and audience insights into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms and creating content.
  • Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of social media content requirements and optimization techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels, Stories, and other short-form content).
  • Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and working with print production standards.
