Direct Response Video Editor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor to create high-quality AI videos that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce approximately 10 high-quality AI videos per day, following preset scripts and styles.
  • Analyze prior video metrics to increase views and conversions.
  • Apply direct-response copywriting principles to review scripts and create engaging content.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your daily workload efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Quickly learn and master new AI tools, software, and editing techniques as social media trends evolve.
  • Ensure every video meets quality standards and perfectly matches instructions.
  • Maintain clear communication with the executive team, providing updates when necessary.
  • Help train and onboard future AI video editors to our standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in direct-response copywriting, ideally for short-form videos.
  • Experience with professional video-editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with other AI video tools (HeyGen, Captions AI, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Strong conversational and written English skills for clear communication.
  • Autonomous operator with high agency who thrives without micromanagement.
  • Rapid learner who is genuinely excited by fast-paced, ever-changing landscape of AI tools and social media trends.
  • Attention to detail; you follow instructions and believe in getting it right the first time.
