About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team who can create high-impact short-form video content with a strong showreel showcasing their storytelling and editing skills.
- Research trends in digital and social content, focusing on post-production techniques such as color grading and sound design.
- Contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing expertise to every project.
- Own the post-production pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers.
- Produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.
- Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.
- Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.
- 1+ years of experience creating high-quality video content, preferably with on-set experience.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, multimedia assets, and exporting for multiple channels.
- Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).
- Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.
- Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.
- Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.
