Project Coordination Role

We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience organization, you'll oversee projects at various locations, serving as the primary liaison with clients.

  • You will be responsible for building and managing project documentation on a global scale.
  • The successful candidate will ensure timely completion and adherence to project budgets.
  • In this role, you'll lead and direct teams, conduct due diligence, and gather materials as required.

You'll report to an Executive Director and contribute to the success of the business.

A Day in Your Life:
  • You will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external clients in a virtual environment.
  • You'll be responsible for customizing and managing effective project records.
  • The ideal candidate will identify risk, investigate mitigation plans, and execute change management.
  • You'll articulate project requirements and status to various levels and audiences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
  • At least 3 years' experience in project management, leading medium to large-scale global projects.
  • PMP certification and/or equivalent project management experience is necessary.
  • Operational management experience in the BPO/call center industry is preferred.
