Administrative Support Role

This opportunity allows you to utilize your organizational skills in a fast-paced environment where communication and problem-solving are essential. You will be working with experienced professionals, performing tasks that require attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office communications including phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries related to roofing services.
  • Maintain, organize, and store company records, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist in managing project timelines.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients for seamless project execution.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized virtual workspace.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media, maintaining brochures, and creating promotional materials.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations by keeping track of certifications and permits.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in office management or business administration.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, within US operating hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with roofing terminology and processes is advantageous.
