Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Assistant Client Support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Client Manager in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients. They will also be expected to gain a deep understanding of client issues through shadowing for 1 to 2 months and develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training.

The role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and will be able to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound client inquiries and troubleshoot issues faced by clients
  • Gain a deep understanding of client issues through shadowing for 1 to 2 months
  • Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to clients, ensuring their concerns are resolved effectively
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure clear, professional communication
  • Seek clarification and ask questions to ensure responses meet client expectations
  • Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Continuously improve client management skills and stay updated on relevant technology
  • Maintain high client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and proactive communication

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication
  • Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients
  • Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email
  • Team player who asks questions for clarity
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
