Job Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to enhance the client experience by providing exceptional support across client service and paraplanning tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end client service processes for seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare and review Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, and other compliance-related documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support financial advisers by handling paraplanning tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to follow up on applications, transactions, and outstanding requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian financial services regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of regulatory excellence.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, paraplanning, or a similar role in financial planning/wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, exercising self-motivation and discipline.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise confidently with advisers, providers, and clients.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to building trust and long-term relationships within the team.
