You will provide crucial support to digital campaigns, B2B content creation, and sales collateral development to drive growth across event markets.

  • Create, update, and format high-quality B2B sales collateral, including fact sheets, proposals, and packages.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized asset library with collateral, imagery, and templates.
  • Optimize and update B2B websites and landing pages for maximum impact.
  • Develop and schedule targeted email campaigns to engage audiences.
  • Promote seasonal B2B packages (holiday, weddings, retreats) to expand market reach.
  • Analyze competitor marketing strategies and provide monthly trend reports.
  • Cultivate a robust posting calendar for B2B-focused social media content.
  • Apply AI tools to enhance copywriting, content repurposing, and visual generation.
  • Maintain a keen eye on campaign performance and share key insights.
  • Coordinate content and posting calendars for promotional activities.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing coordination or design, preferably in the hospitality/events industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Skillful use of Notion and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms (Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
