Job Title: Auto Finance Consultant

As a highly skilled Auto Finance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch auto finance and refinance solutions to clients. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and offering tailored finance options to enhance the customer experience.

Your key responsibilities will include structuring loans, pitching optional coverages, and managing the loan process from start to finish. You will also interact with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized auto finance and refinance options. Additionally, you will facilitate the loan application process, ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted, and develop sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and offer customized auto finance and refinance solutions.
  • Loan Processing: Oversee the loan application process from initiation to completion, ensuring timely submission of accurate documentation.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve 60+ outbound phone calls and 3-5 hours of talk time with texting and emails on a daily basis.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively recommend and explain additional options to clients.
  • Sales Development: Develop strong sales skills to effectively promote the benefits of loan options and sell additional products.
