Financial Analysis and Reporting:

  • Oversee and review the work done by the finance team.

  • Produce financial reports related to budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expenses.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Create and manage budgets for the organization.

  • Forecast financial trends and identify potential risks or opportunities.

Internal Controls and Process Improvement:

  • Strengthen current internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

  • Identify areas for process improvement within the finance department.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Liaise with external auditors and tax consultant (agents).

  • Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
