Job Title: German Language Sales and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a sales and customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires the ability to handle multiple priorities, navigate complex administrative processes, and provide exceptional customer support. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails, explaining product features, qualifying prospects, and managing post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing product explanations and demos to customers.
  • Qualifying prospects and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Managing post-sale support, including policy activation and document submission.
  • Monitoring and reporting on recurring questions or process gaps, and suggesting improvements proactively.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven role, preferably in insurance, finance, or professional services.
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer journeys from enquiry to resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident and clear communication style, with a high level of product understanding.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with strong data and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, multichannel communication tools, and remote work software.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
