Quantitative Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Project Lead to manage market research projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will oversee client management, partner relationships, and data collection.

The ideal candidate will have experience in international online market research, specifically focused on healthcare and survey recruitment. Experience in qualitative project management is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quantitative market research projects through the entire project life cycle, including managing clients, partners, and samples.
  • Work directly with teams to set up and test survey links, prepare samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and honorariums.
  • Coordinate and lead project kick-off meetings to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates and progress reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly solve problems and identify potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study-specific objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, and profit.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and ability to learn new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
