Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful execution of project tasks. This includes coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

In this complex environment, the Project Coordinator maintains project documentation, schedules, and reports. They also assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

This nationwide project requires someone who is willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
