Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. is seeking a skilled and experienced for a Planning Engineer in Marikina City. This role is responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring that construction activities are delivered on time and within budget. This role plays a key part in coordinating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project execution from planning to turnover.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor master schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project for residential real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams to align scheduling and deliverables
  • Track project milestones, progress, and delays, providing timely reports and recommendations to management
  • Prepare look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and resource histograms
  • Analyze critical path activities and propose adjustments to prevent delays
  • Ensure alignment with development timelines, budget constraints, and statutory approvals
  • Assist in the preparation of project feasibility timelines and tender schedules
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide technical scheduling support

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling in the real estate or construction industry
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project is required
  • Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and project lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus
