Senior Engineering Director Position

As a seasoned technology executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing engineering team to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions that align with our business goals. Your expertise in strategic engineering processes, technical vision, and innovative product development will drive the growth of our quantitative and blockchain-based gaming platforms and operational infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement scalable engineering processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Define and drive the overarching technical strategy and roadmap for our data-driven environments.
  • Champion the development and refinement of advanced odds-based game mechanics and financial models, leveraging AI and blockchain capabilities.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, scalability, and regulatory compliance of all gaming operations and associated financial transactions on the platform.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven executive experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5+ years specifically managing multiple engineering teams in complex environments. Experience in the online casino & gaming industry is essential, along with deep expertise in blockchain ecosystems, including hands-on and strategic experience with smart contracts, token economics, and decentralized applications (dApps).
