  • Conduct market research and provide market information for small to medium appraisal assignments.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for providing market research and appraisal support at our company. In this role, you will be working closely with experienced professionals to deliver accurate and timely market reports.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  2. Research properties, including verification of comparables, demographics, and market area evaluation.
  3. Prepare simple portions of an appraisal report and assist with examining and reviewing income-producing properties.
  4. Develop comparison evaluations based on the sale of comparable properties.
  5. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
  6. Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with up to 2 years of job-related experience preferred.
  • The ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
