Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses for existing client portfolios
  • Prepare detailed servicing calculators for brokers
  • Send welcome notifications and initial data requests to new clients
  • Enter accurate data for new clients and update existing records
  • Request, index, and organize essential documents, identifying missing items
  • Request price discounts from lenders and order valuations
  • Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like strategy sheets, and loan options maps
  • Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option preparation
  • Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
  • Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
  • Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements
