Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who takes ownership of client success and enjoys contributing to continuous improvement. In this role, you will monitor orders and delivery performance, identify trends, and use insights to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client delivery programs by reviewing client-specific SLAs and KPIs to ensure clear expectations.
  • Built familiarity with Network Partners and their role in maintaining service standards through regular communication.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams, clients, and Network Partners to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Audit delivery performance using various platforms to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Take full ownership of assigned client programs and join team meetings and calls with Network Partners and clients.
  • Validate orders for accuracy and billing readiness before dispatching them to drivers and locations.
  • Pull reports and create performance summaries to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate process or design improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a high attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and entering information. The ideal candidate will have a background in transportation, delivery services, or logistics, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Communications, or a related field is recommended.
  • Knowledge of medical logistics or experience in healthcare delivery is highly preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot delivery issues and provide accurate updates to customers.
