Enterprise Support Role

The Enterprise Support role at our company is a great opportunity to join an innovative logistics technology business. As part of our support department, you will collaborate with Account Sales Representatives by coordinating all shipments and proactively communicating with scheduling, load management, and carrier sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary operational point of contact for customers throughout the lifecycle of a shipment
  • Develop a good understanding of all operational processes and requirements for your customers and be responsible for updating Standard Operating Procedures on a regular basis
  • Proactively communicate with customers on the status of their shipments and when issues arise
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure shipments are meeting On-Time Performance and On-Time Delivery targets

You will also be handling Quote and Book tasks as required by the subset of customers assigned, assisting with the scheduling/rescheduling of appointments as needed, performing scorecard audits, providing customer feedback to our engineering team, processing accessorials in a timely manner, and assisting with fixing RPM/FSC discrepancies for billing.
