Digital Marketing Brand Compliance Specialist Job

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to oversee compliance across various channels. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing, social media, and paid search.

  • Overall Compliance Monitoring: Proactively monitor brand compliance and set up monitoring tools to track potential issues.
  • Email Marketing Compliance: Ensure publishers regularly download suppression files and submit global opt-outs per regulations and company policies.
  • Paid Media and Social Media Compliance: Review ads to ensure adherence to client guidelines and standards.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and compliance standards for paid media.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment.

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for spotting compliance issues.
  • Familiarity with compliance tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to new tools or processes.
