Job Description

A results-driven professional is sought to manage online sales platforms, develop digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic to the ecommerce site.



Key Responsibilities include E-commerce Management: optimizing e-commerce platforms, product listings, inventory management, and order processing. Digital Marketing Strategy involves developing and implementing strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC. Content Creation entails creating engaging content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials. Analytics and Reporting involve monitoring website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights. Additionally, SEO and SEM require optimizing website content and product listings for search engines, managing PPC campaigns, and ensuring a strong online presence. Email Marketing involves developing and executing email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups. Social Media Management includes managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media metrics. Customer Experience demands ensuring a seamless customer experience on e-commerce platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Lastly, Market Research involves conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical skills
  • Creative mindset, ability to create engaging content, and proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
  • Experience with email marketing and social media management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field


Preferred Skills
  • Graphic design skills, knowledge of HTML/CSS, and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of online consumer behavior and trends
