The role of a Regulatory Compliance Expert involves maintaining a deep understanding of the company culture and competitive environment.

This position requires ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities include assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions, researching and analyzing changes in regulatory and legislative requirements, and providing support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required.

This position also involves maintaining regular communication and contact with other sites and monitoring and reporting on performance.

Additional duties include analyzing new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensuring that compliance-related activities are coordinated.

Requirements
  • A University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience are required for this position.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit is essential.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC is required.
