HR Support Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a key contributor in our team, providing timely and accurate support to our clients. As an HR Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, answering their queries and resolving their issues.

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of client issues
  • Running and producing various reports, including ad hoc reports for business operations
  • Maintaining organized records and databases, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Using advanced technical and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to resolve complex queries and requests

You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration and open communication.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who has experience in shared services environments and possesses excellent technical and analytical skills. You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An accredited 4-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a shared services environment
  • Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with ticketing systems and familiarity with fundamental HR policies would be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of SuccessFactors Cloud System would be beneficial but not required.
