About the Role:

This is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing employee relations and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can maintain accurate records, manage grievances, and provide support to employees as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Develop and implement strategies to foster positive relationships between employees and management.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, grievances, and other HR-related information.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and assistance to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and empathetic with excellent interpersonal skills.
