Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Virtual Assistant, you will provide executive assistance, supporting our General Manager (GM), Board Members, and Board Committees. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support:
- Preparing membership invoices and updating financial records throughout the year.
- Managing cash flow and financial scorecards.
- Preparing information for Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Communication and Liaison:
- Emailing information to members attending AGMs.
- Notifying members of AGM dates and sending reminders.
- Liasing with suppliers and service providers.
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Assisting with the preparation for annual conferences, including preparing information and keeping records of attendees and sponsors.
- Coordinating logistics and following up on outstanding payments.
