About the Role
This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including mail management, calendar organization, travel planning, and expense management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage service recipient's mailbox, scheduling appointments, setting reminders, arranging travel, and processing expenses.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Provide travel-related services, such as itinerary planning, vendor selection, and document preparation.
- Raise eProcurement requests, process invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job requisitions, compiling resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Participate in project management, providing subject matter expertise, and assisting with change initiatives.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to Group Code of Conduct and relevant laws.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask effectively.
