Job Description:- The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role in casual, puzzle, or F2P games, with a shipped game as proof.
- Proficiency in Unity 3D is mandatory.
- Experience developing games across various platforms, including mobile, console, and PC.
- Collaborate with the design team to create levels for multiple games and game modes.
- Review and revise levels with the level design team, ensuring high-quality output.
- Tune levels based on analytics to optimize user experience.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
- Strong management and conflict resolution skills.
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Familiarity with SCRUM or Agile development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools, such as JIRA, GreenHopper, Confluence, Excel, etc.
