Slot Game Design Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and analytical Slot Game Design Specialist to create engaging online slot games that captivate players worldwide.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of slot game mechanics, game math, and player psychology—balancing entertainment with performance, as well as understanding core UX principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative slot game mechanics from the ground up, including base gameplay, bonus features, progression systems, and monetization models.
  • Define and optimize core game parameters such as Return to Player (RTP) and Volatility, collaborating with math and analytics teams to ensure gameplay aligns with commercial goals and regulatory standards.
  • Own the player journey—crafting intuitive UX flows and engaging UI layouts that complement game mechanics and enhance overall experience.
  • Develop comprehensive game design documentation, including feature specs, wireframes, user flows, game logic diagrams, and math model descriptions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Mathematicians, Developers, Artists, Producers, and QA to ensure alignment and successful execution from concept to live game.
  • Regularly playtest and analyze prototypes and production builds, providing clear feedback and actionable suggestions to refine gameplay and balance.
