Job Overview

Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our online reputation across review platforms, social media channels, and forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure messaging aligns with compliance standards (FDCPA, Reg F, etc.).
  • Develop processes to ensure timely responses and continuous monitoring.

This role requires strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, as well as exceptional English writing and communication skills. Experience using monitoring/ORM tools and familiarity with U.S. business culture are also essential.
