About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Digital Email Marketing Specialist to oversee our email and text communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Infrastructure & Deliverability - Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement. Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content & Campaign Creation - Develop and refine email templates and content. Create compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs. Run A/B testing across content and design. Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns (10%).
  • Campaign Management & Analytics - Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns. Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls. Own UTM parameter setup and reporting. Provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals. Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on infrastructure and deliverability.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing software and tools.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
