Job Overview

The Online Reputation Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's online presence across various review platforms, social media channels, and forums. This role ensures a consistent, professional, and compliant brand voice while strengthening our reputation through timely and thoughtful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on multiple platforms.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on social media.
  • Compose professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Elevate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Compile reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience using monitoring/ORM tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
