Campaign Deployment Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Deployment Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include deploying CRM campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels, and setting up journeys. They will also set up and localize automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploying CRM campaigns involving audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels, and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within SFMC.
  • Reviewing and testing campaign setups to ensure they function as expected.
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Ensuring adherence to a defined quality assurance process and meeting deadlines for campaign deployment.
  • Providing regular project progress reports to the team and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus, but not required. Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns and basic understanding of SQL are also desirable.
