Job Overview

The Billing Business Analyst plays a pivotal role within the Billing Operations team, responsible for overseeing client month end billing tasks. Additionally, this position serves as a key liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Billing Operations.

This role interacts with various teams, including Accounting, Treasury, Client Service, Operations, Compliance, and Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely monthly billing of clients while also assisting in requirements gathering for new billing features and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client month end billing tasks
  • Act as liaison between Product Management, Engineering, and Billing Operations
  • Collaborate with Apex teams, including Accounting, Treasury, Client Service, Operations, Compliance, and Technology
  • Assist in requirements gathering for new billing features and enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in billing operations or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
