Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated construction project manager to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.

About the Role
  • This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and crews to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • A key aspect of this role is tracking materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using CRM and project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate between homeowners, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
  2. Plan post-job quality checks and ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  4. Resolve issues or delays quickly and efficiently, maintaining accurate job records for reporting and audits.
Requirements
  • Must be proficient in speaking and writing English.
  • Must have relevant construction management experience, preferably in residential roofing projects.
  • Must be comfortable leading crews and addressing homeowners in a professional manner.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through capabilities.
