Compliance Risk Analyst

As a sales compliance professional, your primary responsibility will be to analyze sales behavior patterns to identify potential compliance risks. This expertise will enable you to provide actionable insights to various teams, ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and assess fraudulent activity and compliance issues within sales interactions.
- Utilize voice analytics software to create custom views that add business value to the organization.
- Conduct thorough audits of customer interactions and expert performance, maintaining transparency throughout the process.
- Process ad hoc requests and clearly communicate findings in a timely manner.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field is mandatory.
- Minimum six months previous experience in compliance, fraud, legal, sales, customer service, quality or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
