Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled media professional to join our team.
The primary mission is to launch, manage and scale paid ad campaigns across various platforms to generate high-quality leads for clients in the real estate industry.
Candidates will be responsible for launching and optimizing campaigns daily to meet lead and revenue targets.
- Launch, manage and scale campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
- Optimize campaigns daily to meet lead and revenue targets.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages and targeting.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief and test high-converting ads.
- Monitor funnel performance metrics (Leads → MQL → SQL → Sales).
- Report weekly with insights, not just numbers – what worked, what didn't, what's next.
- Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation, not just boosting posts.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with real estate or other high-ticket industries is a strong plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset – you can explain why CPL went up or down, not just notice it.
- You will work in a data-driven environment where performance matters.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers and closers to launch full funnels.
