Social Media Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Professional to manage our client's entire social media presence. The ideal candidate will create, curate, and publish high-quality content to strengthen brand positioning, attract new clients, and support sales goals.

About the Role
  • This role requires creativity, industry awareness, and an understanding of how to make complex services accessible and engaging to potential customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning
  • Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Create a content calendar focused on client acquisition, thought leadership, and brand trust.
  • Identify the most effective channels for engagement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
Content Creation & Execution
  • Produce and post engaging social content: industry updates, service highlights, case studies, testimonials, infographics, and videos.
  • Translate technical expertise into easy-to-understand posts for potential clients.
  • Use storytelling to showcase the company's success and service reliability.
Engagement & Community Management
  • Actively engage with followers, prospective clients, and industry leaders online.
  • Maintain timely responses to mentions, comments, and direct inquiries.
  • Participate in logistics-related conversations to improve brand visibility.
Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor performance across platforms: impressions, engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize posting schedules, formats, and messaging based on analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple content streams.
