Social Media Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging content that resonates with our online community. This includes graphics, videos, captions, and stories that showcase our brand's personality and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and implement social media plans that align with our brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Content Creation: Design and develop engaging content that captivates our audience and drives results.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and fostering meaningful interactions.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Copywriting and Content Creation: Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Social Media Analytics: Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Paid Ads and Influencer Outreach: Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
