Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end QA processes for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to understand release scopes and timelines.

You will design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for each release. Your tasks will include conducting functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing. Additionally, you will validate release candidates and approve production deployments.

You will identify, document, and track bugs using our internal tools. You will also build automated test scripts where valuable, and maintain them as systems evolve.

Your role requires maintaining traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects. You will be the final gatekeeper of quality before any code reaches our users.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps.
  • Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, with partial overlap with Sydney business hours.
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits.
