Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and execute end-to-end test scenarios that cover all aspects of the application, from front-end user interface interactions to back-end integrations.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring they are properly reported and resolved.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports to stakeholders, including identified issues and recommendations for improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Perform testing on various software applications, identifying bugs and defects.
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate defect reports to development teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and methodologies.
