Job Overview:

A strategic role is available for a skilled professional to join our dynamic HR Team as we expand our capabilities in reporting and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver high-quality reports on time, collaborating with stakeholders for new report requests or changes in requirements.
  • Routine quality checks are performed on produced reports, resolving any issues found with data or production processes (escalating to management when necessary).
  • Partnership with IT is maintained in the development and maintenance of our HR reporting data warehouse.
  • Support is given in developing automated solutions for HR processes using advanced tools.
  • The integration of new technologies such as Robotic Process Automation and AI is pioneered.
  • Compliance with company policies around data privacy, security, and retention is ensured.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Graduate degree in a technical field (IT, Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in automation using Pathfinder, Python, UIPath, or other RPA platforms in the market.
  • Data warehouse expertise in Snowflake or using SQL is required.
  • Reporting experience from HR systems or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and consultations with key stakeholders in HR.
  • Self-starter, resourceful, critical thinker, and strong attention to detail.
