Remote Medical Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Remote Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Remote Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through various communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and clinic information
  • Make outbound calls for patient appointment reminders, wellness checks, and other purposes
  • Document all calls conducted in electronic medical records (EMR) and loop in onsite personnel and providers as necessary
  • Engage in Google Chat with online personnel and DRC team members

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work from home or a remote office
  • At least High School Level with 6 months healthcare BPO experience
  • Medical Allied Grad or Non-Medical Allied Grad
  • Healthcare BPO experience is an advantage
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication skills
  • 25 wpm or faster typing speed
  • Computer literacy (GMail, Google Sheets)
  • Physically fit to work in a remote setting
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
